Candeur40

Candeur40 is a modern, softly designed home where muted tones, clean profiles, and warm lighting create a balanced and comfortable environment. The entrance sets the aesthetic direction with a curved feature wall and minimal cabinetry, giving the home a refined yet welcoming feel.
Across the living and dining areas, the design stays light and cohesive—controlled colors, subtle textures, and storage that blends into the architecture to keep the space open.
The kitchen uses a muted grey palette with seamless shutter lines, built-in appliances, and efficient organization, making it both practical and visually calm. In the bedrooms, softer materials, layered lighting, and integrated wardrobes maintain a sense of warmth without clutter.
Small accent elements—like the teal niche and wood-framed glass doors—add identity while staying aligned with the home’s understated mood.
The final outcome is a home that feels grounded, warm, and effortless, reflecting MEVE’s approach to thoughtful, modern interiors designed for everyday living.

The original corners felt sharp and visually heavy.
Curved elements and rounded profiles were introduced to soften transitions.

Mismatched Builder Finishes

We refined the material mix using muted tones and consistent surface finishes.

High Storage Requirement

Executed parallel workflows — modular manufacturing offsite while civil finishes completed onsite

Seamless Coordination
